All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination:

EU Warehouse Shipping: Orders fulfilled from our EU warehouses are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Standard International Shipping: Orders shipped outside local EU stock usually arrive within 7–15 business days.
We primarily work with DHL Express and trusted regional carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
Shipping Coverage & Costs
We ship to most European countries. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Please review all shipping charges carefully before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment via 17Track or through the carrier’s official tracking platform.
